We believe the legacy of HEPHAIS lives on in every knife and reaches the hearts of diners through those who prepare their tasty dishes, no matter if we talk about family, guests, or clients of your high-end restaurant.
With a chef as the soul of our brand, we embarked on a journey to create professional and reliable knives for other professional chefs and everyone else who loves cooking.

"I've always believed that the right tools can unlock limitless possibilities in the kitchen. That's why I embarked on a journey to create Hephais, a brand that embodies my passion for culinary excellence. From designing knives to crafting knife carry bags and beyond, every aspect of Hephais reflects my unwavering commitment to quality and functionality.
The process of designing my own knives was a labour of love. I wanted to create blades that not only excelled in performance but also told a story. Each series—Perseus, Terra, and Aurora—has its own unique character, inspired by ancient Greek mythology. The Perseus series, with its 440c German steel blade and striking olive wood and black ebony handle, represents strength and the triumph over challenges. The Terra series, featuring real Damascus steel with a VG10 core and a double-etched blade, pays homage to the earth's layers and the goddess of earth herself. And the Aurora series, with its polished blade and mesmerizing Damascus pattern, captures the beauty of dawn and the promise of new beginnings.
But the knives were just the beginning. I knew that the journey wouldn't be complete without considering how to protect and transport these culinary treasures. That's why I meticulously designed knife carry bags that marry style and functionality. The oil-pull up leather bags exude sophistication, while the waxed canvas bags offer rugged durability. Both options provide the utmost care and security for your knives, ensuring they are always ready for your next culinary adventure.
